About

I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. I went to St. Christopher's School from kindergarten until I graduated high school, thirteen long years.

Then it was off to college; James Madison University, GO DUKES!

After five and a half years there, I graduated. To be fair, I did take what I like to call, a sabbatical.

In those five and a half years, I worked as a 911 dispatcher, a firefighter, and volunteered at the Harrisonburg Rescue Squad. It was there that I developed my love for medicine.

After graduation, I worked in the family business, considered going to law school, and eventually confirmed that I wanted to be a doctor.

Fast forward six years, and I graduated from Lincoln Memorial University as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree with a Masters in Business Administration.

While in medical school, I developed my love for photography. Living in the middle-of-nowhere was boring. A camera gave me something to do.

Once in residency, and closer to more live music, I was able to combine my love for music and photography.

Residency is over. I practice emergency medicine and I continue to travel when I can, see as much music as possible and spend time with my wife, Maitri, my dog, Darth, and the rest of my friends and family.

There is a lot more to that story, but you're not here to know about me. You're here for the photos.

Enjoy,

Grayson
